COVID-19 Information

 

All visitors and staff will be required to present an NHS COVID pass to gain access to the festival.

The NHS COVID Pass is a certificate that demonstrates that you have at least one of the following:

 

• You have completed a full course of vaccination at least 14 days ago.

• You have received a negative PCR or lateral flow test result within 48 hours of the event.

• 
  You have proof of natural immunity by way of a positive PCR test in the last 180 days (after required self-isolation has finished).

We will accept proof of NHS COVID Pass in the following forms:

• via the NHS App (including a downloadable pdf);

• on the NHS.UK website;

• and/or as a paper letter, which can be requested through the NHS.UK website or by ringing 119.

Regardless of your vaccination status, please strongly consider taking a test before the event.  Please do not attend if that test is positive, you feel unwell, or have been recently pinged.

The main Theatre is air-conditioned, but the rest of the venue is not.  Due to noise issues we will be unable to open windows/doors in the performance spaces whilst acts are performing.  We will open these windows and doors between acts.

 

The corridors and toilets are relatively cramped - we ask that you do not loiter in these spaces, and try and allow for as much space/distancing as possible.

 

We encourage you to wear a face covering when moving through the corridors, visiting the toilet, and using the bar.

 

Sadly there will be no big Merch Table this year.

The Bar and the Box Office will be CARD ONLY.

 

 

Accessibility Information

 

Both performance areas are wheelchair accessible.

 

There is a gender-neutral and wheelchair accessible toilet near the Studio/Bar area which is open to all that wish to use it.  This will be clearly sign-posted within the venue.
